You’re the expert.

The Community Justice Worker (CJW) program has incredible potential to increase access to justice in and beyond Alaska. As the program grows, it is important to understand Community Justice Workers' experiences along the way, from first learning about the program to going through training modules to working in their home organizations and communities. It’s just as important to hear from CJW clients—to know what it’s like to work with a Community Justice Worker, how and if the CJW addressed their legal needs, and how the program can be improved and expanded.

Your insights matter.

In collaboration with ALSC, Michele Statz and her research team are conducting interviews to learn how the CJW program can be sustained, grown, and enhanced over time. Interviews will be conducted over zoom or on the phone, whatever is easiest for you. Interviews will take ~45 minutes and will be audio-recorded. No identifying characteristics (i.e., your name, where you work, etc.) will be saved in our data or published in any reports.

Anyone who participates in an interview will receive a $50 Visa gift card as appreciation for their time and expertise.
